+suchanana Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 is het niet ongebruikelijk dat de eerste keer dat je probeert om een activeringscode te halen om dit te laten gebeuren ... zorg ervoor dat je aan het lezen bent het uit de traceerbare zelf en niet het papier dat het gepaard gaat .. soms moet je opnieuw invoeren van de letters en cijfers ... misschien de bovenste en onderste geval zal materie, misschien niet ... sommige van de volgnummers hebben een twee letterprefix dat geen deel uitmaakt van de tracking-nummer ... veel succes it is not unusual that the first time you try to retrieve an activation code for this to happen... make sure you are reading it off the trackable itself and not the paper that accompanied it.. sometimes you need to re-enter the letters and numbers...perhaps the upper and lower case will matter, perhaps not... some of the tracking numbers have a two letter prefix that is not part of the tracking number... good luck Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 First thing to do is to re-check the alphanumeric digits that you entered -- each one, individually, to make sure that what you entered is what is stamped on the tag, and that you typed it in correctly. There is no need to use all caps (we use lower-case for that reason). This is the most common reason one would receive a message: "This code does not exist". Some of those characters are easily misidentified: 0 vs O vs Q; 1 vs I vs L; 2 vs Z 3 vs 8 vs B 5 vs S The most common mistakes are the first and second listed ones. Use side-lighting to cause the characters to fill in with shadow. It sometimes helps. Quote Link to comment
