Just guessing here as to what the problem is... but if you had loaded any geocaches to the unit before going Premium, you need to delete ALL of that data from the unit before it will accept any newly loaded data as coming from a Premium Member account. Common problem, people change their membership status to get more info, but don't realize that their "leftover" data affects the new data. If you had not loaded any data as a Regular Member -- I don't know what the problem would be. Quote Link to comment
