+hostanut
After entering a Personal cache Note and clicking Save....I'm taken to the "Cache is Unpublished" page. On the GC.com homepage entering a GC number in the browse box then clicking Search....nothing happens. Quote Link to comment
+palmetto
Do you recall the GC Code of the cache? if it were retracted you'd see the "listing is unpublished" notice. Can't explain the search behavior, you should get the same message if the listing were retracted. Quote Link to comment

Moun10Bike
What browser are you using? If it is IE, do you have Compatibility Mode turned on? Quote Link to comment
+hostanut
IE 8.0 NO Compatibility Mode.....I just tried turning Comp. mode on and could not even enter a note so I turned it off again. Then I tried entering a Personal Cache Note in my wife's account....it worked so I tried my account without success. Then switched back to her account and could NOT Save a Note....still received the Cache is Unpublished page. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
Do you have the same problem if you try another browser? Quote Link to comment
+hostanut
I don't use other browsers. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
It would be helpful for you to try other browsers in order to help isolate the cause of the issue you are having. Does this problem occur on all caches or a specific one? What are you trying to enter in the note, and did you try the same content when you tested with your wife's account? Quote Link to comment
+hostanut
NO problems when using Chrome. The problem occured on every cache I tried (several). I tried the same and different content on different caches on both mine and my wife's account. I only tried to enter text in the note. Even though a search by GC code would not work from the homepage it would work from "by GC Code" on http://www.geocaching.com/seek/ Quote Link to comment
