Only 1/2 of notifications received

I live close to the North Dakota border and I have been received new cache notifications in my email that go out 10 miles in ND. I actually live in Minnesota and starting in December I do NOT get any-even if they are less than 3 miles away.

This week I did not get the weekly letter from geocaching.

I would like to receive services that other premium members get. Any suggestions? One of the MN reviewers suggested posting for help.

Thank you!

Have you checked to confirm the center-point is correct? If the notification were centered on a spot in North Dakota, it could explain things. You should also check any spam folders to see if the emails are just getting filed away there.

There wasn't one this week.

Do you mean my home coordinates?

No. Each individual notification has its own set of coordinates around which it will check for the log types you've requested. If you change your home coordinates, it doesn't automatically change notifications. You can go into the notifications here to check and make sure they're using the right coordinates.
