+ukbackpack
What is a cache owner allowed to demand you do? Which cache are you referring to? Did you log the cache as per the cache requirements? If they require you to show a photo of you and your GPS, and you didn't, then surely you didn't meet the requirements. As for the answers being forwarded to a reviewer after the CO adopted it, it makes sense to me that the reviewers want to monitor how it is being maintained for a while. Maybe the previous CO was letting everyone claim it without actually providing proof of visit, ie, photo of gps - Did you include the photo of the GPS? Quote Link to comment
+cerberus1
Glad you got your issue sorted, but are the guidelines somehow different there? I didn't think one could adopt a grandfathered hide. You stated the adopted cache was a virtual. By the guidelines.. "Grandfathered cache types cannot be transferred to a new owner. Neither the adoption tool on the website nor Groundspeak will be able to make the transfer for Virtual, Webcam or Locationless caches." That's odd... Quote Link to comment
