Hmmm... Mine says, "Are you sure you want to remove <CACHE NAME> from your watch list?", so "Yes" and "Cancel" make sense.

 

I remember it took me several times to realize there was a confirmation step. I kept trying to remove the same cache from my list, but I kept getting notifications for it. Finally I noticed there was something a little different to the page when I removed it from when I added it, where there's no confirmation.

In my case the items have already been removed once the message is displayed. Clicking Cancel does nothing and clicking Yes repeats the operation, which generates an error since the caches have already been removed.
