Garmin Rhino 650

Anone have one of these. Wanting to know if the OS is more like the Oregon than the older Rhinos. Mainly, does it do paperless geocaching like the Oregon? I really like my Rhino 535, but my wife's Oregon is handy as well.

Yes, the interface is more like the Oregon and 62s. But no, it does not offer paperless caching.

I'd say it is closest to the Dakota.

 

Mine has paperless Geocaching, and Chirp.

I have a Rino 650. It is basically a Dakota + radio + LiIon battery.

I stand corrected then. Sure would be nice of Garmin to indicate that it does paperless caching on their website or in the manual. They might even sell a few more!

Kind of my thought, and the usual sources for online testing don't mention it. I love my Rino, it's just seems to be more accurate than the Oregon. The screen brightness is also way better for outside, or even better, on the motorcycle handlebar. But, have to carry a second device for Geocaching.

 

I did watch a couple online videos and such, but not convinced anything new is better than the Oregon I already have.

 

But, thanks for the input, and make more if I've missed the boat.
