Error Msg when finished entering description

I have had this msg appear twice - This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.

 

I've entered the details of the waymark on the first page & proceeded to add photos when the msg pops up & all data entered is lost.

 

Is this something to do with the Waymarking database or closer to home?

It has to do with the Waymarking database. Usually when I get this I can do a back on my browser and resubmit or click the button I had previously clicked and it will go through fine.

Me too although every now and then the back button takes you pack to a blank form. When you have one of those really long well written descriptions that is full of fantastic free form thoughts...copy it to word if its acting up.

 

A couple of years ago I recall a period of a few hiccups when I was copying text into word.
