+StoryCachers
Thinking seriously about buying an etrex 20 for g-caching. Now my question: The unit appears to be within a few dollars at 3 different places: GPSCity, PCNation and Cabelas. I've dealt with Cabela's before and they've been good to me. Any recommendations on going to one of these vendors over another? Also...the price I'm finding is right around $170+/- Any thoughts on where I might try to beat up that price a little further ? Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
+ngrrfan
The 20 is still so new that you really aren't going to find much lower prices I got mine from REI. If you are going to buy it online, then I would recommend seeing who has free shipping. Quote Link to comment
Wintertime
If Excalibur orders one from REI, shipping will be free, because the unit is over their $50 minimum. The member rebate brings the price down to about $167. BTW, the member rebates for 2011 have just come out, so people who were already members last year can reduce their outlay for a new GPSr that way.
