Benchmarks in Alberta?

I geocache with my Iphone4.

 

I have recently stumbled on the world of benchmarking.

 

Is there a way to do PQ to get benchmarks into my phone so I can look for them?

 

Is there a way to get them to show up with other cache types so I can find them on the fly?
