skydiver
Map on a cache page near me, and possibly others needs to be fixed, fast. I've sent the URL in an email to contact@geocaching.com, as it's not exactly appropriate for the general masses (if you get my drift). --------------------------------------- "We never seek things for themselves -- what we seek is the very seeking of things." Hope there's no more of THAT floating around. --------------------------------------- "We never seek things for themselves -- what we seek is the very seeking of things." Jeremy
I'd like to know too. No one fixed whatever you are talking about this morning. Jeremy Irish Groundspeak - The Language of Location Link to comment
Jeremy
Nevermind. Unless tiger was hacked this morning I can't imagine what you saw was something displayed by the site. Jeremy Irish Groundspeak - The Language of Location Link to comment
skydiver
I just replied to Heidi via email with the details. It was definately this image, at this path... http://maps.Groundspeak.com/20/25925_files/image_map.gif but it wasn't a map, and it wasn't child friendly (made Nude Geocacher's posts look tame in comparison). I even did a right click/view image, reload, reload, reload, to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. When I checked about an hour later and did another reload, the image of questionable origin was replaced by the expected map, which was when I figured somebody had fixed it. --------------------------------------- "We never seek things for themselves -- what we seek is the very seeking of things." Are you sure it wasn't one of those annoying flash or java popups from spyware? ------------------------------------- Becky Davis San Jose, CA Buy Tupperware for cache containers. Link to comment
