Once it is published, it will be listed on the site. Check the logs to see if the reviewers have left a note for this listing." I want people to find my cache I have really great prizes in it. How much longer until it is reviewed and posted? Generally the cache review process could take up to 3 days. But you also have to understand that the reviewers are volunteers. They do have a life outside of Geocaching. Family, Work, Illness, all of these things and more could possibly keep a reviewer from getting to your cache for a while. Patience, your cache will be published if it meets the Geocaching placement guidelines. Good luck. Quote Link to comment

The coordinates are in one state, and you've selected a different state for the cache.
