Haven't received an email with my pocket query

I have just set up my first pocket query and want to transfer it to my Oregon 450. I haven;t received an email with the expected files so how do I download it?

First of all: Has the PQ been generated?

 

Secondly, PQ's over 500 are downloaded from the website, not email (unless there has been another change that I was slow to pick up on).

You should however, still get an email.

I'm pretty sure I have created it correctly but it was for 500 not more. It says 0 pocket queries ready to download. Do you think that if I did it for 1000 it would make life easier?

Actually, you should check to see that it was generated. You may have conflicting parameters that result in "0" caches.

500 vs 1000 = little difference, if any.

Before leaving the page, you should always check the preview. It comes up in red near the top of the page.

Did you select a day for the query to run?

Did you "Select Day to Run"?

 

Have you selected things that cancel each other out?

eg Caches I have Found AND Caches I Have not Found?

 

The email may be in your Spam folder...
