+TheGilbertFamily
We've been caching for about 18 months using a Garmin Nuvi 1390 & a Windows Phone 7 device running the Geocaching app. These have been relatively good but recently we've had difficulties as the Garmin doesn't show any maps for countryside and the signal on the phone is not always strong enough to help. We got lost for about an hour back in the summer! So we were thinking its time to get a dedicated hand held gps but need some expert advice. The 2 key things we want from a GPS are Battery life Maps that show UK public footpaths and bridleways Can anyone suggest some devices worth looking at? Quote Link to comment
