I would suggest that you contact them direct. I needed to get permission to place a coule of caches on an area that is listed as a Scheduled Monument which are managed by them and had no problem getting permission.

The important thing for both is to have an extremely detailed description of where the cache is located, such that their wardens / rangers can go an inspect the cache location without having to search for the cache in the way a geocacher would. They also required coordinates in national grid format.
