I had loaded some Topo maps on and some caches (about 200) I turned it off and it will not turn on with new batteries or conecting to the computer. Give this a try. If you have an SD card installed, remove it. Press and hold the upper left corner of the screen and power the unit on. If it finally does respond and ask you if you're prepared to lose your data, reply "Yes". Quote Link to comment
