Is this a bug?

This moving cache is on my watch list. When it was relocated today, I received no less than 7 email messages from the Emailer Bot notifying me of the move! I asked the person placing the cache if he had made multiple edits to his posting note. Apparently he hadn't. So could there be something in the new code to cause this anomaly?

The other day I got three or four email notifications for the same log.. although I don't have any idea if the person submitted the log that many times.

It's the only time that's happened, but I mention it in case other people had the same experience.

I found another anomaly today with regard to Log Watch List notification. The Emailer Bot notified me that my cache had been found by Camp Town. The message immediately following was to the effect that Camp Town had found another cache. That's fine, except that both logs (email version) were worded identically. My first thought was that Camp Town had inadvertently repeated him/herself. However, when I actually logged into my cache, the wording was totally different than what was in the email message, and consequently made a whole lot more sense.

My guess on the last one...

Camp Town did his logs offline and then was copying and pasting. He pasted his find from cache A, and then went to cache B to log his find. He accidentally pasted the same info, then clicked "submit".

Once he reviewed it. He edited the log to show the right info.

Unfortunatly, when someone edits a log (as he did on Redwood Reading Room, the cache log is not "resent" via notification.
