What this means, is that if you need help solving a puzzle cache it is best to ask the cache owner (CO) who made the cache. Some people consider it to be a form of cheating to ask for help on the forums here. Other people like to solve puzzles as a group thing, but not through the forums directly.

 

You can contact the owner of the cache by clicking on their name near the top of the cache page and you will go to their profile where there is an option of sending an email.

The biggest issue about posting solutions/spoilers in public forums like this is that the solutions/puzzles remain online and searchable indefinitely, for the life of the puzzle. If you need help, or if you want to collaborate with someone on solving a puzzle, then it's best to take it to email or to some other more private form of communication.
