+The Creightons
After our etrex was stolen we bought ourselves an oregon 450 for christmas (couldn't wait and had to open it eARLY ) Anyway, I loaded about 15 local caches on it and they show p in basecamp, but the unit does not show them under geocaches or waypoints either one. Can anyone help? I should mention that it does show three of them, but not the others. always the same three, plus a new one I added a few minutes ago. +quadsinthemudd
The GPX files MUST be saved into the GPX folder in the Garmin folder. Also what maps do you have installed? I ran into a problem one time when I had streets/topo/northwesttrails all loaded and enabled at the same time and the caches would not show up on the map. Quote Link to comment

Remember to unzip it before you copy it. Quote Link to comment
+kwcahart
That's what I do also, I just unzip the PQ and "drag and drop" the GPX file directly into the Garmin GPX folder, it works just fine. Don't use EasyGPS, it will strip some of the info right off the cache. Quote Link to comment
+The Creightons
so should I quit using the send to gps option? it has worked fine for most caches, but I have 10 that just wont show up in my geocache list. Quote Link to comment

As a Premium member, if you haven't discovered the joys of the Pocket Query yet, you're missing out on a lot of the value of your membership. Yes, forget "Send to GPS" except for the odd one that you want that wasn't part of your PQ. Quote Link to comment
