+riverrunner1 Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 1) What is a muggle? 2) I see in alot of peoples logs they state they picked up a cache while doing a Delorme challenge or all county challenge. What are these challenges and how can i find out about different challenges and participate in them? Quote
+TerraViators Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 A muggle is the term used by the community to refer to non-geocachers. A DeLorme challenge is a geocache placed for geocachers who have found a geocache in each numbered section for a specific state in the DeLorme Atlas. You can search geocaching.com for caches containing the keywords 'DeLorme' or 'challenge,' or you can search for caches by state. Quote
+Wolfdentx Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 I suggest you go to geocaching.com and read all the info there it will be a great help. Quote

As a follow on: Once you find one challenge cache, others will probably be listed in a bookmark list on that page. Check along the right side of the cache page for them. I know in WA we have a bookmark list of all the challenge caches in the state. Quote
+Mr. Wilson & a Mt. Goat Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 If you have trouble figuring out other geocaching terms, I would suggest you visit GeoLex. Worth a look! Quote
