cache counts

When I look at my profile on the .com site it tells me that I have 147 founds on 146 caches. How do you deal with this? Is there a macro that will clear out any mistakes?

My GSAK count is 146.

Thanks,

Ron

Try this:

Download the free software CacheStats from the Logicweave website.

Run a MyFinds query.

Click the "Open GPX File" button and select your MyFinds GPX file.

One imported, click on the "Caches" tab and you will see a set of radio buttons with the word "Show" above them.

Select the "Caches with multiple finds" button.

It will then show you any caches you have logged as found more than once.

I'm sure there is probably a way to do this in GSAK, but this is the method I have used in the past as it is nice and quick and easy.

Hope that helps.

Aha

Just found out how to do it in GSAK:

First, make sure you have the Fcount column displayed.

(View>Add/Delete columns, scroll down to Found Count and check the box)

Then click on the header of the FCount column and it will order the column with all your zeros at the top (or bottom) and your double logged cache, showing 2 at the other end.

The one with the 2 against it will be the cache that you logged twice.

To delete one of the logs in GSAK right click the cache row and select "Delete log" then scroll down to one of your two logs and check the box to delete it.

Then locate the cache on gc.com and delete one of your logs there too.

Hope that helps.
