The WGA store is located at: http://www.wi-geocaching.com/oscommerce/. The coins are shaped like the state of Wisconsin, approximately 1.75" tall and 1.6" wide with a gold colored finish, and feature imitation hard translucent enamel fill (4 fill colors on the front). They are trackable at geocaching.com and have their own custom icon. A protective plastic sleeve will be shipped with each coin. Note that the coins have not been minted yet. We are having people prepay for the coins first, then ordering them when we know how many are needed. After coin ordering is closed on July 31, the WGA will order the coins from the manufacturer. It is expected that the coins will be shipped in late August or early September. You will receive email notification when the coins are shipped and will be informed if any delays occur in the manufacturing or shipping process. All coins will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, either First Class (1-6 coins) or Priority Mail (6+ coins). All shipments will include delivery tracking to ensure your coins make it to you safe and sound. Special thanks to BakRdz for submitting the winning coin design. If you are outside the US, please order and pay the applicable US shipping rate represented in the WGA store for your order. At the time of shipping, we will calculate the shipping cost and send a paypal invoice for any additional shipping cost (if applicable). At that time, if you feel the cost to ship is unacceptable, we can refund your coin purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be offering international shipping of the pathtags for sale on the WGA store. The pre-sale period is open through the end of the day Saturday, July 31st. After that, a limited quantity of coins will be available for sale at WGA events only.
