Activating Mini Seashells?

I recently bought a pair of Mini Seashells from dwprods, and his activation page is not working. I know people have had this problem in the past. He hasn't answered my emails, and that page definitely does not work. I'm wondering if theres anything else I could do to get codes or should I just give up on these, and see if he answers me within a year?! Thanks if you could help.

You can always email contact at Groundspeak dot com for the activation codes when in trouble going the usual route.

I have had the same issue; I emailed Derek (through his website) and he was very responsive; he sent them and they worked

thanks, but i've tried emailing him at least twice in the past two months. He has emailed me before while buying the shells so I was sure he would recognize my email, but it really has been a long time now. Thank you though !

I had the same problem. Website didn't work and Derek never replied to my emails. I had to contact Groundspeak and they were very helpful. Check your PM.

Same here. I have ordered from him several times. I have tried contacting him over the last month several times with no response. I then went to Groundspeak and they responded very quickly with activation codes. If you cannot get activation codes my suggestion rather than continuing to try to contact the seller of the coin just email Groundspeak...they have been quick to respond.
