FaithCacher22
What's the differences between a 400t and a 400i, besides the fact that the i has lake maps? I was planning on getting a 400t, but the 400i is cheaper. I only have plans to use it for geocaching, as of now, but may eventually use it for types of hiking or something at some point...we have a separate car gps so we don't need it for that. It also says you can get other LAND maps for the 400i as well. Will having the lake maps on it matter for geocaching, and are there any other differences at all between the 2 units???? Why such a price difference? *confused* Quote Link to comment

+Native20559
http://garmincolorado.wikispaces.com/Gener...nformation#toc3 I have the 400i and love it. The princilple issues are the maps and the difference in Memory size 400i with 2mb, 400t with 4mb. Only significant differences I'm aware of, both rock but had no need for 1:100K topo maps (pretty crappy for accuracy, but you be the judge). Be safe. N Quote Link to comment
