+rogbarn
I found this one (JY1113) last weekend while waiting to pick up my daughter from summer at college. It took good care-taking, good logic and good luck to find it and I was quite proud when I uncovered it! I just wanted to share my good fortune. Quote Link to comment

ArtMan
Excellent work, RogBarn! I faced a similar challenge recently where the road had been realigned. The difference is that you succeeded where I failed! Quote Link to comment
+Centaur
Congrats! Its the ones like this that are the most fun. Quote Link to comment
Couch_Potato
very good interpretation of the description and solving the puzzle of location. Now you should fill out a NGS benchmark recovery form with an updated description of the location. You'll be the first recorded find in 67 years! I'm not lost! I just don't know where I am. +rogbarn
My recovery for JY1113 was accepted by the NGS. Because the data on geocaching is from 2000, I didn't see the "Not found" from Dec. 2001. They couldn't find it, but I did and now the NGS knows it's there. Way cool! Quote Link to comment
