If it is above 500, you will not receive the zip file by email, you'll need to download it from the site. On the page where you built the query there is a second tab 'Pocket Queries Ready For Download'. You'll find teh query there. If it's not there, then there is a problem. Quote Link to comment

If you login to GC.comand go to your Pocket Query section, your PQ may be waiting there to be downloaded as they seem to be doing this with new PQ's Quote Link to comment
