A little help

Hey guys new to this havent even looked for a cache yet, but im looking forward to it. But.... every time I look up caches this exclamation point pops up and says, Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer, I click on it but nothing. Is there something im missing?? Thanks yall ill let you know how bad i do!! lol

It is on every cache page all the time.

It 'Pops Up' or is there on the page?

 

Once you've agreed to it once, that's it... But you will still see it on every cache page.
