Logging First to Finds

How do I log my first to finds. I saw a pop up box of directions that you need to check a box by the description but I do not see the box.

Select log your visit, select "Found It" from the drop down box and note that you were FTF in your online log. I don't think I have seen a FTF box.

FTF is simply a side game played by a small segment of geocachers. There is no special way to log a FTF. It's just a find.

No, there isn't any special FTF log. Just describe it in your found it log. Also, if you ever start using cache stats software, you can identify your FTFs there. Be prepared to find some negative feedback from those who not recognize FTFs. They believe that FTF recognition is unnecessary and possibly harmful to geocaching. That's fine; however I believe that the pursuit of FTFs is just another aspect of geocaching. I guess some people do go over board though.

There is no box on geocaching.com. However if you use GSAK you can check the geocaches in the FTF-column.

FTF is nothing official by Groundspeak, it's just another statistic.
