+lakedawgs Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 HI, Trying to install Mapsource 6.0 on a new laptop and keep getting an error. When I put in my 25 digit unlock code for the maps I get the error... "Problem with the Unlock Wizard registry. Reinstall the Unlock Wizard and try again" Have reinstalled the program 2x with no joy. Even tried using a backup copy of the program with same results. Any help would be most appreciated. THANKS, Lakedawgs Quote
NordicMan Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 What operating system is the laptop using? Have you installed/registered this product before? Or is this a brand new software you're installing for the first time? Is the laptop otherwise in good condition? No other software hic-cups?? Quote
Motorcycle_Mama Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 MapSource 6.0? That's a fairly old version. Have you tried updating your MapSource version and then running the unlock wizard. Version 6.13.7 was a very stable version. Quote
