+sole seeker
I currently use a PDA and Cachemate to do paperless geocaching. I'm now thinking of upgrading to a smartphone that could perform the same functions as a pda and cachemate, so I can leave one electronic device at home. I know the Blackberry has Cacheberry. But is there anything similar for the iPhone? TIA Quote Link to comment
ao318
Yes, the GC.com Application. It allows you to do paperless caching, search for geocaches, and post field notes, all with the same program. It cost's about $10.00 and there is a forums section set up for the Iphone here. I use the Iphone for local caches but not for trails or hiking. I use my regular GPS for that and use the Iphone for it's paperless caching feature and field notes. Quote Link to comment

Tacomahunter
I have the "official" geo.com app as well as Geosphere, Geosphere is BY far a better well rounded program that allows you to import .gpx files direct from your gmail and other email accounts. Great program and worth every penny. Quote Link to comment
