  1. I have the "official" geo.com app as well as Geosphere, Geosphere is BY far a better well rounded program that allows you to import .gpx files direct from your gmail and other email accounts. Great program and worth every penny.
  2. WOW great to see.. I have been a IPhone user since the 3G came out and there are some apps out there for geocaching (bought them all and with some success) Thanks for putting in the time and effort... From a LONGTIME cacher....
  3. 1) There's no need to repeat, especially in the space of a minute. YEAH THANKS FOR THAT!!!!!!!!! EVER heard of a server that does not work and something gets posted twice???????????? 2) Blackberry devices run neither Windows Mobile nor Palm OS, so no. Wow that was the ONLY answer I needed! Thanks Thanks Thanks!!
  4. The issue is that you cant run gsak on a mac, so I am still looking for a sub for cachemate.... There must be something out there!
  5. I too am a new mac user (new macbook pro) and a geocacher. The software that I have found is: maccaching and I was already using cachemate and that works as well with the mac. I would recommend both and registered them both as soon as I used them. Have fun!! http://www.maccaching.com/
  6. I am selling my pocket PC. It is in excellent condition. HP IPaq 4155 Pocket PC
  7. Dont these people have better things to do? If this keeps up, I am sure Clint may find a better way to spend his time!
  8. but can we are can we not post coins that are not trackable on geo.com here? I have just read a thread about a coin that took orders and they posted that it would not be trackable because they did not want to pay the extra money just to find out who had the coins.... Please advise!!
  9. I also just sent you a paypal for a 60C with lanyard. Thanks!!!
  10. How many of you new owners have been upgrades from 60c or 60cs? I have had a 60c for the last 2 years (I think) and wondering if there have been enough changes to warrant the extra new $$$. I have read the reviews, now just looking for the final jump off the bridge....
  11. Wow... It appears to me that the underlying feelings about personal coins are starting to run deep... I have the artwork for a new coin that we were going to sell, (little to no profit BTW) and I am getting cold feet.. Sure would hate to be sitting on 500 coins to "drop" into caches and be taken for a no trade!! Anyhow, what do you think? Are we near the end of this incredible run? When I started looking at %Bay for coins about 4 weeks and there were only about 200 now over 386 of them... Does Moun10Bike have the right idea? Mint your own limited editions, no selling them, just use them to trade for other personal coins only? Last time I checked a Moun10bike coin went for over $1500.00? Cant remember ever seeing a "fill in the blank" personal coin going for over $50.00? Off my soapbox.....
  12. Well... we have reconsidered and it looks as if this coin WILL be trackable on geocaching.com. When we get the final information as to when the coin will be available we will be posting here and you can order them via a pay website. Thanks for all your input and we are excited about the coin!!!
  13. The company that is producing the coin says it will look good. Not sure how, just sure..
  14. We announced our new coin and have received some emails about them being trackable. Does this really matter to everyone and if so would people be willing to pay $9.00 for the coin shipped as apposed to $8.00? I would eat the .50. Thanks for your feedback!
  15. BTFI and Tacomahunter have been caching together in Idaho for 3 years. Finally we decided that we should have a coin... What do you all think? Pictured is both sides of the coin. Size is 2"wide by 1 1/4" high. We talked about trackability and decided against it. We may do one in the coming years that is trackable.
  16. Nothing will be keeping me away this time! I have tried to attend the last 3 and something always comes up at work! Coming over from Boise with BTFI. Will there be a .gpx file with all the caches?
  17. My Mom lives in Kasilof Alaska.. She also caches and has lived in Nome. I can get it to her and she will place it near her home and I am sure that it will move to Nome from there. If you are intersted let me know!
  18. I am interested!!! Please keep me posted, I sent you a email.
