+sparkysteve
I just got a colorado 400t. I put some of my topo maps on it to see if it changed anything from the factory maps. How do I delete the maps I added. I didn't us an SD card. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Motorcycle_Mama
Look for a file named GMAPSUPP.IMG. This contains your supplemental maps. Do NOT do anything to the file named GMAPPROM.IMG. Quote Link to comment

+g-o-cashers
Do NOT do anything to the file named GMAPPROM.IMG. Actually, copying it to your computer to make a backup wouldn't be a bad idea. Quote Link to comment

+fegan
I did a backup of the entire unit as soon as I got it, before I made any changes. That way if I messed anything up I could go back to the original configuration. About 2.7GB to back up a 400t. More space if you've already added other maps. Additional Geocaches, Waypoints and Points of Interest (POI) take up very little space...KBs or MBs at most. Quote Link to comment
