Can't do TB retrieval logs

It appears that the TB log server is down. We can't do any kind of TB retrieve or log. Get the "Error has occurred" web page. Retrying does nothing. This has been going on for 20 minutes.

 

Occurs on both Windows XP & Vista machine. IE 6 and IE 8.
