Are you referring to the cache note / stash note? The "Congratulations, you've found it! Intentional or not."? The DOC version (in various languages) can be found on the "Hide and Seek a Geocache" page, right column. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/ Preformatted (PDF) ones for different containers can be found in various locations, such as geocacher-u. http://geocacher-u.com/content/blogcategory/36/61/ I found a nice stash note for micros that's stash note on one side and log on the other.
