PERSONAL OPINION ALERT. The M125 is fine but uses AAA batteries. I don't like the battery hassle. The M500 is a great unit, internal battery, good battery life, easy to recharge, cheap, and has a SD card to boot. I would stay away from a Z22, the screen is impossible to read, but it is a nice size. Other color screen units are hard to read outside. I have a E2, but it stays home. I would get the M500.
