I went to the website, entered my info.... but no email has been forwarded to me with code. Are the codes automatically generated? Is the site down? Please tell me what you know. Thanks! ~molly Quote
+Team JSAM Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 If you are not receiving your activation code e-mail in your inbox, please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder to see if the e-mail got flagged as SPAM or JUNK mail. All request subject lines contain the keyword [CRAKE], and you may wish to add this to your whitelist. If you are still having trouble I would just send an email with the tracking number and he should be able to get you your code. chris[at]crakeproductions dot com Quote

+LadyBee4T Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Whenever I have gone to his site and used my netscape account to ask for a code I never get it even in my spam folder. I then emailed and didn't get any replies. Knowing that Chris is very helpful I tried another account and had no problems any time. Even though I get his email announcements through that netscape account, I have to remember to use the other one to grab the codes. Quote
