gpsman77
I'm planning on travelling to southern parts of Europe this summer (Italy or Greece, etc..) Any good hiking places over there? Any good places (hotels/lodges)? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

You could also do worse than have a look at a relevant travel guide such as Walking in Italy by Lonely Planet. Hope this helps, Personally, I 'd recommend walking in the UK - we've got the Lake District, the Peak District, the Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia to name but a few of our excellent walking areas that have fully developed tourist industries - and don't forget the £ is currently taking against the $US... Mike Thanks for your input Mike. I was mainly thinking of Italy and Greece.. when I looked at the Italian forum I was disappointed by the number of read posts to the number of replies! It is a good idea, however to try and post it like you said in the corresponding forum. Thanks again for taking the time. gpsman77 Quote Link to comment
