+Aptos Kid
I've been downloading cache's to my Garmin Colorado 400t for over a month with no trouble. All of sudden it only works after hitting the button many many times, sometimes dozens. I downloaded the latest Garmin communicator 2.63 but no change. The Garmin test page says it's installed and my device is recognized. Also in My Computer it can been seen. Any ideas? Thanks Edited February 15, 2009 by Aptos Kid Quote Link to comment
+undertree
First I don't own a Colorado. Is the GPS memory either full or close to it? Is the waypoint bank full? I am unsure if the waypoints are managed the same way as my 76 but if they are then there is a limited amount of waypoints I can load. Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
Undertree is right. We need more information. Are you loading individual caches? if so there is a 200 cache limit and you may have reached it. With the Colorado there is an even greater need for GSAK (wonder if Clyde bribed them) since you can have up to 2000 caches as long as you keep the GPX files under 200. Quote Link to comment
+Bouts777
I have the same problem as Aptos Kid with my Colorado 300. I also downloaded the latest Garmin communicator 2.63 and it is also recognised and shown as installed but downloading any cache to the GPS allways gives me the same message, "Can't get it to run? Try installing the latest plugin here." And by clicking on "here" just takes me back to the Garmin test page where I downloaded the new communicator in the first place. I also have less than 100 caches on my Garmin and even deleted a few other useless stuff. But nothing seems to do the trick. Any other ideas please. Bouts. Quote Link to comment
