FTF question.

If it is the one I think it is, I would say "No"

The cache has been found plenty of times before, doesn't seem to have been moved or changed in any significant way. There is no information on the cache page about why it was archived. It may have been a simple mistake on the part of the owner as to when to disable a cache vs when to archive a cache.

If I put a fresh logbook in a cache of mine, I usually write something on it to indicate it is just a replacement cache so no one gets their hopes up.

If there has been other logs posted on the cache page, then no. The old log probably got filled and was replaced

If there have been other found it logs posted.

Many of our local caches get several Notes posted on them before the FTF. Seems to happen more in the winter - people talking about how they'd like to get out there but it's below 0 and 3 AM, so they'll wait till morning, things like that.
