Trouble staying logged in?

Having this weird problem, which started last night and happened again tonight.

 

1. Load the cache page

2. Find the cache (I suck, so this takes me a while).

3. Click "Log your visit"

=> Get a message that says "You have been logged out."

4. Click "Log in"

5. Enter User name and password, check "Remember me" box, go back to password box and hit Return (since the button isn't appearing on the page still).

=> Get the message again that says "You have been logged out." (This pattern of step 4 and step 5 will continue.)

If I go back to the cache page and reload, I can "Login to log your visit", but that gives me the same problem. However, if I just "Log in" from the cache page, I am able to log the visit (at least, I think that's how I finally got it to work).

Look for any programs that try to auto-clear cookies, even some of the "spyware" and "adware" programs out there may do that.

The problem also might be that the login page is taking you to the "You have been logged out" page because that was the last page you were on before you logged in. The logging in itself is probably working.
