I've always agreed that there is *some* risk in electrical items (lampposts, transformers, etc), but I still think it's a lot lower than the other risks you take just getting to the location (driving, walking, etc). One article about some voltage leakages doesn't prove to me that these types of cache hides are more dangerous than should be allowed and therefore these types of hides shouldn't be tolerated.
