I know its been asked before , but I cant find the subject, so here goes yet again!!, I want to adopt a cache, but cannot get a reply from the owner, where do I go from here please?

The owner it under no obligation to answer your email. If there's nothing seriously wrong with the cache, then you're SOL. Forget about it, and move on.

 

If you want to adopt it because it's in bad shape, and nothing's being done, you're still SOL, as far as adoption goes. But you can post a Needs Archive note to the cache, which will get the local reviewer's attention. The cache may be archived at some point after that, at which time you can put out your own cache.
