Colorado 400c -> Setup -> System -> GPS

On my Colorado 400c when I go to SETUP -> SYSTEM ->GPS :

 

Can anyone explain in detail what are the differences between:

 

-NORMAL

-WAAS

-DEMO MODE

Demo mode is just as it states, it runs the garmin demo like if it was displayed in a store.

 

WAAS - Increased accuracy is used by utilizing WAAS sats

Normal - Just using the GPS signal

If I set it to WAAS mode, will it default to NORMAL mode if WAAS sats cannot be picked up? What are the pros and cons of using WAAS versus Normal?

Normally in the US you will pick up WAAS all the time. In WAAS mode it uses normal mode plus WAAS. My suggestion is just to keep it in WAAS mode.
