Activation Help

Due to the high price of fuel I’m staying close to home this weekend and activating a few older geocoins to share. While this activation process has went pretty well I do have a couple that are giving me fits. The two coins below do not have activation codes with them and I cannot find much information on either of them. I would be pretty grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. The China coin does have a red flag; the scan makes it look funny.

How do I retrieve the activation codes? I was able to get others from Oak Coins but not these two.

Those were both numbered, and had a separate activation area at Oak Coins.

Thanks to all those that helped me out. They were Oak coins alright so I sent them a quick note and received activation codes back already today. This is a great source for information and Oak Coins was very helpful.
