Okay, have entered all coordinates/waypoints into the Garmin etrex for our trip next week, when we get to the state park what is my next step to start looking for the cache after we get on the trail we are supposed to hike? I mean how do I get the Garmin to start doing whatever it is supposed to do to get me and the 4 kids and the impatient husband who already thinks this is a waste of money to the cache area? Thank you thank you thank you!

If I were doing it, I think the first thing I would do would be to turn on the gpsr.

Use the "quit" key to scroll through the pages until you get to the "main menu". On that page, use the up/down keys to scroll through that page to "waypoints" and press the enter key to select the waypoint page. Then use the up/down keys to scroll through the alphabetical listing of groups of waypoints and the enter key to select the portion of the alphabet that you are looking for. Then, use the up/down keys to scroll through the resulting group of waypoints, the enter key to select a specific waypoint; the up/down keys to navigate among the different functions and use the enter key to select "goto". Then press the quit key a few times to back out of the main menu and cycle among the main pages until you get to the "Pointer Page". With an active "goto", the Pointer Page will display direction and distance to the waypoint - the direction is determined relative to your location and based on your direction of travel - assuming that the gpsr is level.
