HikeM
Anyone have experience with the Freedom 2000 Keyring GPS? http://freedominput.com/site/index.php?opt...1&Itemid=81 I hate getting additional devices and would like to use this in conjunction with my Pocket PC or Blackberry. Thumbs up? down? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
+qlenfg
This has been a good unit for me: Holux M-1000 Quote Link to comment
+SparkyInCali
I have the Freedom GPS unit and loved it when I didn't have a phone with built in GPS.The fact that it attached to my keys made it great since I never go anywhere without my keys I never had to worry about not having the unit with me.Signal acquisition is on par with any of the newer devices in that it can obtian fast satellite lock and also have a lock in some indoor locations as well.It works well with Googlemaps,Live Search,Mapopolis and Cachemate.I still have it on my keyring even though my new phone has a built in GPS. +Team DEMP
I don't have that unit but I know a lot of folks that do have it are pleased with it. I haven't seen posted a bad experience. I have the BT-359 which always works great with a long battery life, charges through a standard USB to mini USB cable and gets a quick/accurate sat lock. Quote Link to comment
