I suddenly found this morning that I couldn't post or reply to the forum. As the text box to enter the post flashed up then vanished. I traced this to adblock which was for some reason blocking the text box.

 

The answer is to add the following two lines to the adblock exceptions list.

 

@@http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/style_images/1/folder_rte_files/blank.html

@@http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/style_images/1/folder_rte_files/palette.html

 

Reload the page and everything is back to normal - at least it was for me

 

 

 

An easier way to add these lines is to open the 'Reply' page with the missing text box

 

right click on the red ABP logo at the bottom right of the screen and chose 'Open blockable items'

 

Scroll down to find the two lines above which are highlighted in red (on mine they are the second pair in red near the bottom - the first two are the banner ads which do not want excepting)

 

Right click on each of the two lines in turn and select 'Add an exception rule for this item'

 

Close the blockable items box, reload the page and again it should be working.
