+bloodycool
There have been many times when I ended up somewhere unplanned and wondered "are there any caches around here?" Now that the iPhone can give you a rough location of where you are, it would be awesome if there were a way to easily take that location data and use it to search for nearby geocaches. Just a thought from a geofiend. Link to comment
+Monkeybrad
Since we can't yet load apps on the iphone I am not sure how this would work, but it would be awesome. I wonder if there might be some way to run the geocache navigator stuff on the Iphone, I would sign up for that in a heartbeat. Link to comment
+jlrenter
I am very curious on this subject also. iphone apps are really web apps, so they can easily be tested on any server. As long as they use html, javascript and css (no php, mysql or flash, as far as I know) they should be deployable. I found an interesting link at apples iphone developers page. It shows you how you can link to the google map features of the iphone. If anybody is interested in building something for the iphone please send me a message!! Link to comment

With the SDK coming out next month, hopefully someone will write an interesting app for viewing GPX files. Link to comment
