cachemate on a smart phone?

OK so I need to replace my Palm m515 and Cell Phone

So I was thinking about picking up a used Treo 700p (palm OS) to replace my cell phone and was wondering if Cache-mate would work on it?

If so what are the pros and cons of using it verses a Palm M515?

Is anyone using theirs for this and how do you like it?

I'm using Cachemate in my (Palm OS) Treo 650 & it works perfectly

 

Not much pro-or-con of using cachemante on a smartphone versus a straight PDA, except for the fact a smartphone is probably going to be more expensive, and you should be more careful not to damage it with outdoor use. Otherwise, a PDA is a PDA

I love CacheMate. It works perfectly on my Treo 700p (and worked perfectly on my Treo 270 too). I'm not sure how 'smart' the other phones are but Treo's make the grade.

I use CacheMate with my Treo 755p and it works flawlessly. even better when paired up with CacheNav and a bluetooth GPSr.

Should work on any device running Palm OS 3.0 or newer.
