+fishercz20
I will be up visiting from Florida and plan on doing some Geo-caching in Minnesota and Wisconsin the 1st week in October around the Lake Superior area. Should I be concerned with hunters at that time of year? Thanks for your help! Fishercz20 Quote Link to comment
+Cacher_chick
I'm from Wisconsin, and I always like to be on the side of safety. Wearing orange or a bright color in the woods, so that I'm easily seen and not mistaken for a deer or another animal. Quote Link to comment
+Lord Elwood
fishercz20 Go to the Wisconsin DNR's Website for a complete list of their hunting seasons. Quote Link to comment
+SixDogTeam
You should be concerned with not interferring with hunters at ANY time of the year. You may not be aware of special invitation-only hunts put on by state DNR's... Quote Link to comment
